RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:
Want to change the shoes you’ve ordered? We’re making your experience hassle-free to return the shoes and claim store points, which you can redeem for future orders from NDURE. Simply contact us on our WhatsApp number or email us at NDURE.
Our Return Policy:
- All items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Products damaged by misuse or showing signs of wear shall not be returned.
- Please have the original receipt of your order, as return won’t be possible without it.
- Returned items must be sent back within 15 days of receiving the full order. Any returns requests after the mentioned period shall not be processed.
- The goods will be returned, and the shipping cost will be charged to the customer.
- Please note that ndure.ae reserves the right to refuse refunds or exchange on items which are considered unfit for resale.

Procedure:
Call our customer service to arrange a pickup for the product.
Exchange is only possible with the original receipt.
Ensure the product is repacked securely, unused, with all tags intact, and includes the original receipt.
General Exchange Terms:
Exchange is allowed within 15 days of purchase.
If the replacement product is unavailable, or you wish to use it later, we will issue an online coupon valid for 1 month (no cash refunds).
Accessories and items purchased during sales/promotions are not eligible for exchange.
The exchange price will be based on the price at the time of exchange.
